The Marketing Webinar is a 3.0 hour webinar that is designed to educate your staff on how to
better market your firm to the public, other professionals, and to senior care facilities.  The first half
of the program gives the attendee unique marketing tips on who to and how they should be marketing
, while the second half of the webinar is specific to marketing at a care facility.  This second half
includes a power point program related to VA that is ready to run at a facility for the public and has
proven to be effective in getting clients for over ten years.  I will be actually running this program
with you, as my audience.  This webinar includes two power point presentations, a sample
newspaper advertisement, written tips on how to get your foot in the door at facilities, a program
flyer, and much more.

(The cost of this webinar is $550.00)

The
Advanced 17 Hour VA Series is broken down into four separate webinars that may be taken in
their entirety at a substantial discount or taken separately at their original price.  The description and
original price of each section is to follow.  If the attendee takes ALL four of the webinars, he/she will
receive a special certificate and outline that can be turned into the Office of General Counsel for the
required hours to maintain VA accreditation, since this entire series was approved by the Georgia
State Bar.  Georgia attorneys may receive state credit, as well.

(If the entire series is paid for at once, there is a $350.00 discount, making the total $2,000.00)

#1:  Understanding the VA and Its Claims Process (may be taken alone or as a pre-requisite to
the other three webinars) is around 2.5 hours long and discusses accreditation requirements,
representation, charging fees, the three departments of the VA, the differences and eligibility
requirements of both service connected and non-service connected benefits, benefit award amounts,
and a description of health benefits for both veterans and dependents.

(If paid for separately, the cost is $400.00)

#2:  Non-Service Connected Pension Plus A & A is 5.0 hours long and goes over pension claims
in-depth, covering the nuts, bolts, and pitfalls of the pension claims process. Discussions will include
documentation of:  assignment of an agent and getting the VA to talk to staff, previously transferred
assets, informal requests, the primary residence when the claimant no longer lives in the home,
income and assets, children's income and assets, business income, common law marriages, UME,
and much more.  We will go over what to do if the claimant:  cannot sign forms or is incompetent.
We will discuss:  the importance of the doctor's affidavit and when one is not required.  We will
discuss what happens when the claimant goes on Medicaid and much more.

(If paid for separately, the cost is $650.00)

#3:  Service Connected Compensation and DIC is 5.0  hours long and goes over both veterans'
compensations claims and surviving dependent's DIC claims.  It covers the nuts, bolts, and pitfalls of
the claims process.  Discussions include the importance of understanding the following, even if you
decide never to do a claim yourself:  DIC for a widow so she does not miss out on possible benefits
from a prior husband, DOD benefits for a retired veteran who is combat related so he/she will not
miss out on DOD monetary benefits that will match his/her VA, parents DIC (even for your elderly
clients), etc.   We will also discuss new laws related to presumptive conditions for Vietnam veterans
and veterans with (or who died of) ALS.

(If paid for separately, the cost is $650.00)

#4: Miscellaneous Forms/Claims is 5.0 hours long and goes over miscellaneous claims issues, such
as accrued and burial benefits, appeals and notices of disagreements, demands for overpayments,
Eligibility Verification Reports (EVRS), sale of the primary residence, Income Verification Match
(IVM), Tricare for Life, CHAMPVA, miscellaneous home based health benefits for veterans, life
insurance benefits, and much more.

(If paid for separately, the cost is $650.00)

Free VisPro Tutorial is a 70 minute tutorial offered typically twice a month.  It comes with an
outline for notes and gives the attendee tips on how best to use the software to its full advantage.
We will discuss such things as how to make the program run faster by turning off the pop-up
calculator, how to set up a navigational tool bar, how to run a pre-qualifying formula, how to plan the
best course of action for your client, where everything is located in the software, and much more.
We will also discuss how to access and use the vispro.keepandshare journal website, which houses
all of the previously sent list-serve e-mails and citations.
